This week, these great chefs have put together a great list of Gluten Free Recipes to share with you.  If you’ve looked for Gluten Free recipes, then quit looking, because is the place for you.  At least half of these sites post Gluten Free recipes on a regular basis to meet their own dietary needs or those of their families.

Unfamiliar with Gluten or Gluten Free recipes?  Gluten is a protein in many grains such as wheat, barley, and rye.  While Gluten Free diets have become trendy, there is no real benefit to those without Celiac disease, gluten sensitivity, or intolerance.  People can react differently from stomach issues to skin irritations when their bodies don’t tolerate gluten.

Many parents have reported success with a gluten free diet for their children with behavior disorders and special needs such as autism.  The popular belief and research behind this success is that gluten may actually act as a poison within the body, leading to these problems.

Gluten free products are often expensive, especially packaged products.  Another common complaint associated with gluten free products is the lack of variety and bland flavors.  I’m sure that you will agree that there is nothing boring or bland with the variety of recipes provided by these fantastic cooks.   Learn some tips, tricks, and possible ways to save when preparing gluten free dishes for yourself or others.
