Have you noticed that Yoga seems to be THE thing to do these days? I’ve toyed with the idea of doing with Yoga on and off for a few years and have decided that it’s time to get more serious than toying with the idea. The only place I have to do exercises in my house is my living room, but with the carpeted floor, it doesn’t always work out so well.
