Cane Expressions – Keep Moving in Style

As you’re probably aware, the MS in Deals From MS Do stands for Multiple Sclerosis.  If you just learned something new, I suggest you head over to the About MS Do tab to learn more about me.  In 2007, I was in grad school and the MS kicked into high gear.  I ended up missing most of the 2007-2008 school year even though I was still trying to teach.  Even though I had one or two MS attacks prior to this time period, I had my first BIG MS attack in August 2007.

If you’re unfamiliar with MS, just go to the About MS Do tab to learn about this lovely disease.  Even though I referred to my leg as being paralyzed, my doctors classified it as weak.  With this new episode came a whole collection of home medical equipment.  When I was informed that I would need to used a walker in order to get around, my response was, “It better not be battleship gray.”  I didn’t care anything else as long as it wasn’t that plain old, ugly gray color.

At 35, I had no desire to push around an “old people” walker with tennis balls on it to make it slide around easier.  To my surprise, I was offered a variety of colors and selected a royal blue.  It has a padded seat and back brace that helps set it aside from the rest.  On the padded back brace is the brand name “Drive.”  One of my friends later saw it from across the room and thought it said “Diva.”  She had the best laugh about it.  Thus began the long going saga about tricking out my walker, based on the show that was then on CMT “Trick My Truck.”  I’m not even sure if that show is on any more.

Naturally, when the opportunity to review the Cane Expressions – Keep Moving in Style can covers, I jumped to volunteer my services.   It was my opportunity to “Trick My Cane,” how could I resist?   Thankfully, I don’t need to use my cane much these days but I never know when I will need it.  There’s always one in my bedroom and another one in my car but the one in my car just got a whole lot cuter thanks to Cane Expressions!

I don’t wear a lot of dark colors, so my cane cover definitely gives a bright pop to my cane.  Take a look at the main colors in my closet.  My Cane Expressions cane cover is a fabulous addition to my wardrobe!

It seriously only took me about thirty seconds to remove the end of my cane, slip my cane cover on, and put the stopper back on.  From BLAH to POPPING in under a minute.  Woo Hoo!  I done tricked my cane!

Cane Expressions cane covers can be purchased from the Cane Expressions – Keep Moving in Style website, Walgreens – in stores only, Walmart.com,

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
