Way before the world of digital photography, I was already a shutterbug. I was a scrapbooker, even before scrapbooking was the cool thing to do. In order to be a scrapbooker, one must take lots and lots of pictures to include in the scrapbook, along with the various memorabilia.
Back in the days of the 35mm cameras, many developers provided duplicate prints of your images. I took so many similar shots that I rarely needed the duplicate images. I have tubs full of these duplicate images, yet I can’t bear to throw them out. I keep thinking “one day…”
Now, with digital photography, I can take tons and tons of shots without having to fill tubs with prints. These days, a lot of my photography is centered around images that end up here on Deals From MS Do, but a good camera is key to getting a great image. When I started out taking pictures of the food for my recipes, I was using my iPhone 3gs. I was quite proud of myself for simply putting pictures of my food on my site. One day, I picked up my digital camera and took some shots with it instead of my iPhone. Wow! What a difference!
