Beef Stir Fry Noodles
- Noodles (Regular or Gluten Free, any size or style)
- Beef Steak, cut into bite size pieces
- Onion, chopped or thinly sliced
- Vegetables, fresh or frozen (I used peas & carrots)
- Garlic Salt
- Seasoned Salt
- Mrs. Dash
- Soy Sauce (optional)
- Olive Oil (optional)
- Cook noodles according to package directions.
- Drain noodles and set aside when cooked.
- While noodles are cooking, cook steak in large skillet over medium heat. Season to taste.
- Add olive oil to skillet if needed to help brown the meat.
- When meat is nearly to the desired level of "doneness" add onion to the same skillet.
- Once onions are cooked, add the vegetables. Fresh vegetables may require longer cooking and may need to be added sooner than frozen.
- Add noodles to skillet and brown everything to the desired level of brown.
- Add soy sauce if desired while browning the noodle combination.
- Additional olive oil may be used if the noodles begin sticking to the skillet.
