Chicken Wrapped with Maple Bacon
- Chicken Breast
- Garlic Poweder - apply liberally
- Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper - coat well on the front and back
- Seasonsed Salt - heavy dash
- Garlic Salt - dash here and there
- Use chicken tenders or cut chicken into strips.
- Coat liberally with garlic powder and lemon pepper. Sprinkle one side with garlic salt and the other with seasoned salt.
- Closely wrap the bacon from end to end, leaving no exposed chicken, except the ends. No need to secure bacon to the chicken if using a press.
- Place bacon wrapped chicken in preheated skillet,
- Carefully flip as needed to allow even cooking throughout bacon and chicken.
- The press will keep bacon in place and speed cooking.
- For added flavor, add sauteed mushrooms and onions, top with provolone cheese.
- Flip upside down to keep the toppings as a surprise.
