Broccoli Salad with Cranberries is an easy way to add fiber and protein to your diet while still relatively low in sugar, no mayo type products needed.
Ingredients
  • 2 c. Broccoli Florets
  • 1 oz. Dried Cranberries (snack size bag)
  • ¼ c. Sunflower Seeds
  • 1 c. Colby Jack Cheese
Dressing:
  • ¼ c. Sour Cream
  • 1 tsp. Dry Ranch Dressing
Instructions
  1. Wash and dry large head of broccoli.
  2. Cut broccoli florets from the stem, discard stem. Cut florets into bite-size pieces.
  3. Add cranberries, sunflower seeds, and cheese to broccoli florets.
  4. Mix sour cream with ranch dressing, add to other ingredients.
  5. Chill for three to four hours before serving.
