Little ones usually want to help in the kitchen, so this is a great way to involve them! She did very little, but thought she was doing SO MUCH! She only handled the shakers, I handled all of the raw meat.
After I cut each of the chops in half along the split, she held the bag open while I put the chops in. Two of the packs were stored like this, giving me 16 individual chops.

Want to make the Pork Chops or Sweet & Sour Pork? Just batter the pork with flour & fry.
