Berrylicious Strawberry Smoothie Blast - Low Cal Frozen Treat

ALL measurements are approximate
1 pint Strawberries
1 cup Blueberries
1 sliced Banana
1 cup Orange Juice
3-4 cups Crushed Ice (Crushed is easier on the Blender Blades)
1-2 tsp Green Tea Powder (OPTIONAL)
Instructions
Chop large strawberries into smaller chunks. Add strawberries, blueberries, and sliced bananas to the smoothie or blender pitcher. Top with crushed ice.
Add orange juice, enough to cover the fruit.
Power the blender on and mix all the summer goodness together! If the blender stops working with the power button on, it's a sign that the smoothie is too frozen and needs more liquid. Add more OJ or a little water. More liquid or ice can be added until the desired consistency is reached.
