While my daughter loves to make the Pull Apart Monkey Bread in a Bundt pan. If you can shop, you can make this one! It's also an easy recipe to prep ahead.
Ingredients
  • Canned Biscuits (the BIG ones work better)
  • 1 c. Sugar - Brown, White, or Both
  • 1 Tbs Cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to temperature on biscuit can.
  2. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a medium to large covered bowl.
  3. Cut biscuits into four or more pieces.
  4. Drop into the bowl.
  5. Repeat until all biscuits are cut.
  6. Cover bowl and shake to coat with the cinnamon sugar.
  7. Spray the Bundt pan with nonstick spray.
  8. Sprinkle some of the sugar and cinnamon around the bottom and sides of the pan. It will melt and make a glaze while cooking.
  9. Drop the biscuits into the Bundt pan and spread as evenly as possibly.
  10. Do NOT mash the biscuits down.
  11. Bake according to can directions.
  12. Sugar will melt and glaze while baking.
  13. Don't want sticky bread? Don't use the extra sugar around the pan. The bread will still be sweet without being sticky.
  14. Put the serving plate on top of the Bundt pan when it comes out of the oven. Flip the Bundt pan over and the bread should release as a whole cake.
