Because of my affiliation as a Mommerce Blogger, I was recently selected to try and review reBloom. Although the product was supplied to me at no charge, al
Do you ever have trouble sleeping? I’m one of those people who can take prescription sleeping pills and still not sleep. Other times, I have to take medication to keep me awake. The joys of Multiple Sclerosis keeps on giving and taking and taking!
Over the years, I’ve tried Valerian Root, Melatonin, you name it, I’ve tried it. Well, if prescription sleeping pills don’t help me sleep, do you really think these individual supplements would help me? If you guessed they don’t, you’re right.
A few months ago, I tried a night time blend from my chiropractor. It was promoted “for a restful night’s sleep and relaxation.” It was a blend containing Valerian Root, Melatonin, and other natural supplements to help aid in sleep. Most of the time I used it, I slept well, and throughout the night. But I didn’t always and I always followed the directions.
A couple of weeks ago, I was given the opportunity to try reBloom, a natural sleep drink. I was hopeful that it would work well for me. It was very similar in composition to the blend I tried from my chiropractor, but reBloom is a drink versus a pill. I’ve always felt that liquid and gel filled pills work better than hard, chalky type pills, so I felt that the reBloom drink might work even better than the powder filled pills I had been taking.
Most sleep supplement pills advise taking them about two hours before you intend to sleep. reBloom advises you to drink one 2.5 oz bottle about 30 minutes before bedtime. Unlike many traditional sleep aids, prescription or over the counter, reBloom also offers and advised dosage in case you wake up in the middle of the night and feel like you need help getting back to sleep.
Without a doubt, the reBloom is the best sleep aid I have ever used. Within 30 minutes of drinking a 2.5 oz bottle, I was all but falling asleep in my recliner. I never needed a middle of the night dose because I slept soundly throughout the night while using it.
Unlike my prescription sleep aid, I don’t need twelve or more hours of sleep before feeling like I’m awake enough to function normally with reBloom. There was absolutely no hung over feeling like I often experience with my basic everyday medications that also make me sleepy.
The secret behind reBloom is the proprietary combination of natural ingredients that helps you sleep AND helps improve your quality of sleep. reBloom‘s ingredients include:
- L-Theanine: A natural amino acid found in green tea that helps you relax.
- Melatonin: A natural compound produced in your body that regulates thesleep/wake cycle and helps signal you to fall asleep and stay asleep.
- Valerian: The root of a flowering plant that has been used for centuries to help improve the quality of sleep.
- Other Ingredients: reBloom also contains a proprietary blend of Chamomile, Vitamin E, VitaminB-12, Magnesium and Lavender to help promote a restful night’s sleep.
Is there anything negative about reBloom? reBloom does have a slightly bitter to sour taste. Each bottle only has 5 calories and contains no type of sweetener. I’ve tried it at room temperature and chilled. Is it enough to prevent me from using it? Heck no! I’ll gladly chug it quickly and quickly drift off to blissful sleep!
