I’ve seen similar offers before, filled them out, but never received my bulbs. This form passed my SPAM tests, so I’m a little more hopeful than usual for this one to actually arrive.

The “Get a PhD in LED” promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored TCP, Inc. (“Sponsor”). This Promotion is governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in the Promotion, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands the results of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects. The Promotion is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion will be directed to Sponsor, not Facebook.

ELIGIBILITY:

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States where not prohibited by law, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, who have Internet access and a valid e-mail account prior to the beginning of the Promotion period. Sponsor has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.

PROMOTION PERIOD:

The promotion begins on January 21, 2014 and ends March 31, 2014 (“Promotion Period”). All entries (submissions) must be received on or before the time stated during that submission period. Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the Promotion at their sole discretion.

HOW TO ENTER:

You can enter the Promotion through the Sponsor Facebook Page. You can find the application on the “Get a PhD in LED” tab on the Sponsor’s Facebook Page. Entrants must fill out all required fields on the entry form and like the Sponsor’s Facebook page. After submitting the required information on the entry form, the entrant will be mailed one (1) free 40w TCP LED lamp or equivalent TCP LED product. One free LED lamp per valid email address. Product will be delivered via United States Postal Service within 6 to 8 weeks of Promotion end date.
