I’m not a big fan of sweets, but I absolutely love my cheesecake recipe. So, I borrowed the flavors from it to create my Caramel Cheesecake Popcorn Ball recipe. I had planned to hide mini Rolos inside them, but I couldn’t ever get them to stick together with the Rolo involved, so I had to skip it.
