Ozeri Precision Digital Bath Scale Review

As a Tomoson Review Blogger, I was recently given the opportunity to review the Ozeri Precision Digital Bath Scale.   Although the product was supplied to me at no charge, all opinions are my own.

Ever think a Bath scale could be something other than functional?   The Ozeri Precision Digital Bath Scale is functional, pretty, and modern.  The look and feel of the scale shows Ozeri’s desire to stay on the forefront of product design and development.  After installing the included lithium battery, I immediately compared my old and new Bath scale.

When you look at it, you know what the old scale is without having to think about it.  It’s that same basic size and shape that’s been used for Bath scales for many decades – a chunky metal case.  However, the Ozeri Precision Digital Bath Scale, made of tempered glass is less than half the thickness of an ordinary Bath scale.  It looks like a pretty piece of glass tile.

The next part of my comparison was weighing myself on each of the scales.  My old scale suddenly was my favorite.  Why?  Because I weighed about six pounds less on the older scale than the newer scale.    Then I remembered disagreeing with the scale in my doctor’s office, several times over the past couple of years.  I kept telling him how his scale was so much off from mine.

I moved both scales to multiple spots in the Bath and then to the other Bath.  No matter where I placed my old scale, my weight was different.  Every time I placed the Ozeri Precision Digital Bath Scale in a different spot, my weight was consistent.  While a Bath scale should always be used on a level floor, I suppose these two showed me how much of an impact that level floor can make on your weight.

There’s one other thing that I really like about the Ozeri Precision Digital Bath Scale.  My old scale had a slightly raised display which screamed my weight at me with bright red, glow-in the dark, digital letters.  My old scale now reminded me of teachers making their students’ papers bleed with red ink from marking all over them.  The new scale has a sleek display with calm, black numbers.  With the light green, glass tile look there will be no more screaming scale in my Bath.  Instead I will have a subtle little friend cheering me on to my battle of the bulge and conquering Diabetes II!
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
