Low Carb Cauliflower Hash Browns

Low Carb Cauliflower Hash Browns
Ingredients
  • 12 ounces grated fresh cauliflower (about ½ medium head)
  • 4 slices bacon (chopped.)
  • 3 ounces chopped onions (about ½ cup)
  • 1 tablespoon butter (melted or softened.)
  • salt and pepper
  • MS Do would suggest - garlic salt, seasoned salt, and Mrs. Dash - her seasonings for everything!
Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, cook the bacon and onion until they just start to brown.
  2. Add the cauliflower; cook and stir until the cauliflower is tender and browned all over.
  3. Add butter occasionally through the cooking process to assist with browning.
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper while cooking.
