Shredded Beef Quesadilla Recipe with Zeal Kitchen Products

Instructions
Heat skillet over medium heat.
Butter either the skillet or the tortilla. This is especially important if using a Gluten Free tortilla. It needs the extra moisture to keep it from breaking.
I used my Heat Resistant Love Baking Cookie Lifter to flip the tortilla and then buttered the other side. To keep the Cookie Lifter out of the way, I placed it in the Clip To Pan Spoon Rest.
Turn heat down to low.
Cover the entire tortilla with grated cheese.
While cheese is melting, place the Roast Beef (warmed slightly in the microwave) on the Straight to Pan – Large Slim Chopping Board Use 2 forks to shred the beef.
Add the shredded beef to the top of the cheese on tortilla, sprinkle with taco seasoning.
Slice tomatoes and add to one side of the tortilla, if desired. Sprinkle tomatoes with a little garlic salt, if desired. Add more cheese to the other side of the tortilla.
Continue heating until the the beef and cheese are they are well melted together on the tortilla.
Top with shredded lettuce and immediately remove from heat.
Fold the tortilla in half.
Use a sharp knife or pizza cutter to slice into quarters.
Serve with guacamole, salsa, sour cream, or other favorite toppings.
