Clyppi Nail Clippers for Finger Nails and Toe Nails

Yes, I really think my new Clyppi Nail Clippers may have saved me from having another ingrown toenail!  Yes, I know that you’re supposed to cut your toenails going straight across, but my toenails obviously never got the message!  I’ve tried to cut them straight across, but really how do you cut your toenails going straight across?  Maybe your toenails grow different than mine, but it just doesn’t work for me!

I’ve had problems with ingrown toenails since my early teen years.  I’m guilty.  I’ve performed bathroom surgery on my toenails for decades.  Doesn’t everyone?  Most of the time, bathroom surgery has remedied the ingrown toenail.  However, the real doctor had to rescue my toe from a horrible infection a few years ago.  Of course, it was due to an gnarly ingrown toenail.

Whether that time was my fault or not, I’ll never know.  It was several months after my first MS attack.  That attack left my leg basically paralyzed, weak is the official medical diagnosis.  Months later, but while still recovering and regaining feeling in my leg and foot, I realized I had a pain in my toe.  I was still teaching and had the school nurse check it out.  I had a horribly infected, ingrown toenail.  Even the podiatrist wasn’t sure what was cause and what was effect.

Fast forward a few more years and I still have trouble with my toenails becoming ingrown.  Because of the nerve pain issues I suffer from, related to the MS, I am often awakened during the night when I am bothered by or scratched by a jagged finger or toenail.

Last week, we spent the entire week painting and redecorating our living room.  If you’ve ever done much painting, you know what a toll it can take on your hands, especially your nails.  Well, one night, I had that nail pain strike me during the middle of the night in my toe.  It also struck with this horribly jagged fingernail from all of the scraping and painting I’d been doing.  They were both bothering me horribly and I couldn’t decide which was worse, but took care of them both with my all new Clyppi Nail Clippers.

The Clyppi Nail Clippers are available for both fingernails and toenails.  They do a fantastic job of cutting your nails cleanly, leaving no jagged edges.  I also don’t have any need to search for a nail file after clipping my nails when using my Clyppi Nail Clippers.  All of the shaping can be done neatly and easily with the fingernail and toenail clippers.

This is the jagged fingernail that woke me up.  After a few snips with my Clyppi Nail Clippers, the ragged, jagged nail was taken care of and smoothly cut.  The shape was neat and tidy without having to find a nail file.  How cool is that?!?

Clyppi Nail Clippers Might Have Saved Me From an Ingrown Toe Nail!

The title of my post mentions that Clyppi Nail Clippers may have saved me from another ingrown toenail.  Once I tackled the angry toe, I found what the problem was a toenail which often leads to that horrible ingrown issue.  Notice the jagged spike looking thing on the left side of the nail?  It was underneath the skin.  It’s called a horn and it truly hurts like the devil!  I had absolutely no idea that I had another horn until my Clyppi Nail Clippers got busy and saved me from the pain, just by neatly and cleanly clipping my toenail!

FYI – A blogger’s work is never done.  I really took these pictures in the middle of the night.  When duty calls, duty calls.
